The client signs directly into a StayRight management agreement — the underlying service contract is with StayRight. This is made fully transparent to the client. Your client attribution and commercial arrangement are protected in a separate partner agreement.
Once signed, you pass the client across. StayRight takes over completely: onboarding, listing setup, pricing strategy, 24/7 guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, and owner reporting.
The property is launched and begins generating bookings across 20+ platforms. From this point, StayRight handles everything. You remain fully hands-off.
